We’re a team of medical professionals and property specialists buying the wrong asset, in the wrong suburb, at the wrong price, was too common. We decided to fix it.
Why We Started
The story behind WPG
It started with a problem we kept hearing about from colleagues and a decision to do something about it.
On ward rounds and in break rooms, we kept hearing the same story: another “hot tip,” another off-the-plan pitch, another property that would never perform.
We spent 12 months searching for the right guide—someone who’d put evidence ahead of hype, and risk control ahead of sales targets.
